The program READXRDML can read a Panalytical .XRDML file and output X-ray diffraction data from it in several ways.

The program pxfitf can fit X-ray correlation functions, T^X(r).

The programs px2pn and pn2px convert between X-ray and neutron fit parameter files (.pxparm and .pnparm).
